I am confident meeting new people. • Teamwork skill: I have worked in various teams in the past as I like to gather diverse insights on issues to come up with a solution • Strong analytical skills: Ability to use SQL programming for data Mining, Microsoft excel for financial modelling • Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel: Certified skill in Microsoft excel and a strong knowledge of Microsoft word. • Good communication skill: I have helped solve customers’ issues following companies’ guidelines and communicated solutions to problems effectively at weekly meetings • Flexible and adaptable: Ability to work under pressure and meeting up with strict deadlines • Ability to learn fast: Focused and fast learner when introduced to new roles • Time management: I met and exceeded goals for call waiting and complaint resolution times. • Resilience: Managed a high-volume workload and challenging cases while still delivering first-class customer service.

Cons
