Pros

Easy to get hired, work from home

Cons

Pay Lack of appreciation Will have you doing things as a supervisor to help them without giving you the pay raise. They say your an independent contractor so they don’t have to give ANY benefits. A lot of favoritism. Very cheap company they use Skype as there only means of communication, therefore do Skype goes down so does the company essentially, that’s how you contact anyone there and ask for assistance on a call or post accounts. Very poorly ran. All the supervisors lash out if there having a bad day and curse.

Job is work from home.

Cons

The pay is not worth all you have to do.Hours are good but they force weekends on you. They claim multitasking but expect you to know it all and do it all with little training and no support. Management is toxic and chaotic. No advancement after a long time there but their relatives are promoted in weeks. If they're having a bad day or their kids are screaming in the background they will take it out on you. Backup is non existent if you're on the phone with a customer and need guidance. They will set you up to fail if they don't like you.
