Pros
Customer Paradigm is a great place to work. I've seen countless times where the team will throw profit to the wind and try to do the right thing for a customer and get their site back up and running or fix things that they didn't break. The atmosphere is very laid back, except about work, and that's pretty serious about getting stuff done for customers. I can honestly say that in the first two months on the job, I learned more about web development and eCommerce than in the previous two years at another place.
Cons
The biggest con is that there aren't a ton of lunch options within walking distance, unless you count Subway. But there's a lot of places a 5 minute drive away.
