Pros

Great learning opportunity as one will be working in all the tasks of a project right from Pre Sales to Support. Good exposure to technology.

Cons

No Work life balance, everyone has to work a minimum of 12- 14 hrs,7 days a week. Even during sick/vacation leave. Employee policies changes almost every quarter. No transparency between management and employees. Salary are never credited on time. Exit process is a mess. FnF is not cleared even after months of leaving the company. HR & Management do not bother to clear outstanding dues.

Pros

Pros: Nothing as such.Lack of professionalism

Cons

Cons of Working with CXPLab Pvt Ltd Lack of Clear Structure or Role Definition Roles and responsibilities are often undefined, making it difficult to track performance or growth. No Formal Employment or Compensation Despite contributing to business development (like converting leads), there’s no salary, offer letter, or formal recognition of work. Poor Communication & Transparency Leadership often fails to communicate clear goals, expectations, or updates, leading to confusion and misalignment. Unprofessional Work Environment The company lacks corporate practices and often operates informally, which affects credibility in external dealings. No Career Growth Plan There are no performance reviews, upskilling plans, or structured mentorship for long-term growth. Credit Not Given for Contributions Individual efforts and achievements (such as bringing in leads) are not acknowledged or documented. Unstable Business Focus Company’s direction seems to shift frequently without market validation, leading to unclear priorities. Lack of Marketing & Brand Presence Product awareness (Sparrow) is low, with limited online presence, making lead generation more difficult. Decision-Making is Centralized All major decisions depend on the founder(s), leaving little room for initiative or empowerment. Limited Learning Beyond Self-Effort There’s no formal training, exposure to best practices, or cross-functional learning unless self-initiated.
