      The co workers are great.

      Cons

      you get no PTO, You have to beg for them to acknowledge fmla forms. Management is useless unless you are a favorite. The insurance is over priced and it barely covers anything. You have no backup if someone is sick. They do not care about you.

      Pros

      The give cheap snacks (Debbie snack cakes, chips) to the employees so that they don't leave at lunchtime.

      Cons

      I worked for almost 2 years in filthy restrooms, they NEVER vacuumed the carpets, whole office smelled like marijuana, the employees were high and loud, silly rules that constantly changed for call-taking (how many times to say the customer's name in a call), nasty keyboards and furniture, too cheap to hire a cleaning person, team leaders looked like 12 year olds. The health insurance is unusually high for the pay, so no one buys it. Full time does NOT guarantee you 40 hours a week, its more like 32 hours.
