Nothing... I repeat Nothing !!!

Cons

Everything !!! No Policies and procedures, runs under the whims and fancies of promoter.. No one can take decision on their own (including CEO). They will sack you as per the mood of the promoter and they will ask you to lower your salary if you want to continue working. They wont even pay you final settlement.. Castism !! Politics !! what not... they will screw your personal life as well.. Fake promises given to customers.. will hear customer shoutings in offices frequently..
