Pros
A few good guys to work with, other than that no other pros.
Cons
Constant harassment made only worse when other employees know your having a bad day or going through tough things (sickness, depression, family business). Having to finish others work when they are to d**n lazy to do it. Poor ventilation in the shop leaves you coughing up black mucus and lungs hurting bad. Point system is completely out of wack with no opportunities to make up points at all. Tennis balls are thrown around the shop, used to be a fun thing doing it at the end of the day when cleaning up but was then turned into a all day occasion and being targeted by multiple people when trying to do your work is not fun (especially when thrown hard and hit in the spine or head)
