Decent pay and plenty of overtime if you want it.

Once you hit a certain pay that's it. There is no real options for advancement.

You can earn pay check anywhere else.

It's a great place to get killed on the job. It's an absolute stretch to say that they'd ever pass an OSHA inspection. You're not given proper supplies to preform the job, the computer software is from the 80's, and it hardly works. Management is uneducated and hostile. You're working out in the elements 15 hours a day and you never know when you get to go home. Forget about having a life. You're treated like a barn animal. Higher management is not grounded in reality. It doesn't matter if it's a steel processing plant, the way these people operate is downright sadistic and manipulative.
