CPL is an industry leader in freight brokerage and logistics. The team is comprised of energetic and hungry individuals who are determined to win at a high level. Leadership promotes a self-motivated tactic to the employee base that allows individuals to excel in their roles w/ great training and communication New members are embraced and encouraged to grow by leaning on the veterans at the company. Everyone is eager to help and assist.

Small companies require more time and effort to accomplish goals. I don't look at this as a con necessarily, but CPL is a 10 year start-up mentality where hard work is required and dedication to accomplishing the job is a must.

There is no pros here.

Management coined the term of gaslighting. CPL = Cult of Professional Liars. I would not recommend working at this company, unless you want to be in therapy for a year or two after.
