      Location managers are flexible and can run things their own way product line is strong

      Cons

      leadership focused on containing costs only no clear career growth path extremely low pay for starting employees -- about the same as a manager at mcdonald's management punishes CSRs for having too much OT by taking away their bonuses; CSRs have very little control over how much OT they take on, it all depends on who calls for deliveries

      Pros

      Good People who understand your struggles at work and away. They work hard to take care of customers.

      Cons

      Don't keep up with the rest of the world in terms of compensation for mid-level employees. Small company so there is not really an opportunity for upward growth very often.
