This is a very unethical company. If you like regularly belittling, dress downs, idiotic policies, like no personal items in the work area, forced OT then this is the place for you. You will be promised a 90 day review. Make sure you suck up or this will never happen. Also you may like the fact that you won't have to work on Fridays. This is also a lie. You will be working most of them and might even be lucky enough to do get to come in on Saturdays. Do you like being told you have done a good job? Well at Custom Marine you won't hear that and actually will be told you should have done better. Do you like using your own vehicle to make last minute deliveries at the end of the month to increase the sales dollars? Then this is your place. If you like being pushed around and not listened too then apply now. This is a company stuck in the past where money is the only thing that matters. Its mission statement is "To Make Money". Enough said. This is a case where you will be fed a line to get you in and then once they have you everything changes. This is not a local problem. Sadly the corporate office in South Carolina feed into this culture of knee jerk reactions, bullying employees and favoritism. Stay far away from this place.
