Family that owns the company needs to restructure thinking regarding the autocratic leadership model. Dark, windowless and moldy environment with no room for advancement and a no raise policy. Unless desperate, RUN!Temporary employees are treated as 3rd class when they are the backbone of their business. Expectation is that you jump in and find out how to do EVERYTHING on your own...including your time sheet (Unless the Ops Director sits with you for the afternoon).
