Lovely staff, great banter, and communication between teams.

CEO is a megalomaniac who forces employees to do fake reviews of 5* for the company. Of their reviews on Google, 6 are 5*. Of those 6, 3 are employees including the CEO himself! It was the same case for their facebook page but they realised they could instead just remove the review function. I would not be shocked if some of the reviews on here were written by Andrew himself. The CEO is both overbearing on each and every team with constant shifting of goalposts but also lacks a shred of empathy or humanity when communicating with any member of staff outside of maybe 2-3 managers. The shift in language and the way he asks them questions suggests they are the only staff he actually values. This is further shown by the fact that long standing employees (3+ years) have not received a SINGLE pay increase, a SINGLE extra day holiday. Nothing. This attitude toward staff, some of who are working incredibly hard, breeds a toxic atmosphere of feeling like you are working hard for somebody who dosen't notice or care for the work.

CEO is out of the office at least once a week

In my whole career I have never worked for a more unprofessional company in my life. Customers are literally treated as a cow. Milk them until they are dry. They believe their products are inferior to what is available but it is not what they describe. If you do businesses with them all you will end up with is a laggy site with poor support and eventually a debt collector chasing you for payment of a service you never received.
