Very friendly people and an open door policy.

I do not have any cons at this time.

Laid back, Management lets you do your job without constantly looking over your shoulder. lots of overtime if you need it. Forman will train you and help you on the job.

Overtime is mandatory. 4 10 hour days plus 2 6 hour days. Will get points for not willing to work overtime. If you want to travel even on a weekend you may not be able to go on a Saturday. Do not consider improving cnc programs and using different tools if a program has been “proven” to improve cycle times or process. Will stick to “proven” programs just because it works but will not improve on them to get better efficiency and company may complain that job wasn’t done efficiently even though it’s a laid back atmosphere. Compensation was decent but not as great compared to some other companies. Was at $17.50 or something like that back then.
