PILE ON work to current workers with ZERO regard as to how to actually get it all done Continue to sign new contracts with no input from staff not enough room in the office for the number of people who work there insane hours needed to complete workload zero work-life balance contracted salary requires unpaid overtime in order to complete the insane workload

      Salary so during busy times your pay sucks and 100+ lb items are a daily thing

      Lots of opportunities for extra hours Flexible management for family emergencies

      Cons

      Too much work for too little people. Management keeps piling on more contracts to the current employees with little to no regard to their current workload. Long hours necessary to complete all work Unhappy customers who call and complain because their deliveries are hours late because the team is too overloaded
