Pros
People REALLY CARE about what they are doing at Custom. There is a lot of hard work, blood, sweat and tears. I've seen it from the beginning and it is inspiring and makes me want to work harder to achieve these goals. When we execute and reach them together as a team, there is no better feeling! I also have a great manager who is supportive of me who wants to see me grow. I've been given multiple opportunities to grow, have kept and open line of communication about my goals, what I need to do in order to get my promotion(s) and continue to learn and contribute. On a personal level, Custom does a great job to give back to its employees and cultivate a culture of family. Picnics, events, contests, fitness center, monthly fitness challenges, team building activities are just so much fun and make you feel appreciated.
Cons
The pay can be low depending on the position. The health benefits are also expensive but still happy to have them.
