      Pros

      Custom has a nice balance of big company aspects (benefits, processes) with small company feel (time-off requests, small friendly culture.) Hours are very fair and the people are awesome.

      Cons

      They do not define a clear growth plan at all; and if they do, it's barely adhered to. Change happens at a snail's pace, if it does. Very top heavy management structure, once had a dinner where there were more managers than employees in a department. Also, they never close for bad weather. Not that big a con, but a pet peeve for sure.

      Pros

      Hard work is recognized and rewarded. High employee retention - large average tenure of years worked. Very good rapport between employees and management. Fosters a professional environment while also engaging on a personal level. Growth opportunities available.

      Cons

      As with any high volume businesses, there is room for growing internal systems to be more efficient.

      Great place to start your Tech career! There’s a lot of growth if you stay hungry and focused. Great opportunity to network and learn so much about the tech world.

      Cons

      It is an entry level job so the pay isn’t that great.
