      Pros

      I work with the NY sales team. Most sales teams are cut throat, no nonsense and just not fun to work for. Custom is different. Sure they care about making money but they care about PEOPLE FIRST- both employees and their customers. The executives truly care about their employees. Since taking this job, I've never looked at my watch to see how much longer the work day was. Every day flies and we have fun. Great opportunities for growth and opportunities for long-term careers are here at Custom.

      Cons

      COVID restrictions take some getting used to, but that's like everywhere. Some customers are meeting in person but many meetings are still held virtually. Hope this changes soon!

      Pros

      Hard work is recognized and rewarded. High employee retention - large average tenure of years worked. Very good rapport between employees and management. Fosters a professional environment while also engaging on a personal level. Growth opportunities available.

      Cons

      As with any high volume businesses, there is room for growing internal systems to be more efficient.

      Great place to start your Tech career! There’s a lot of growth if you stay hungry and focused. Great opportunity to network and learn so much about the tech world.

      Cons

      It is an entry level job so the pay isn’t that great.
