Pros
Good people, flexible hours (if you have the right manager) and lots of group activities. It is a place with people who really care and want to do a good job (most of them).
Cons
Bloated executive and Management structure. Too many people in charge and not enough workers to do the job, in almost every division. Easy place to sit behind a desk and not doing anything all day. A few core people that do the majority of the work and they are typical not paid the most.
