Owner is horrible to deal with, everything you do you get questioned multiple times about WHY you did it, even if you're doing your job correctly and following all policies you still get yelled at even if it has NOTHING to do with you. Have to fight for the correct pay, even if you submit your hours they still don't pay you for your total hours. They "choose" what hours to pay you for
