Bi-monthly pay, that's it folks. Other than that, you're just a number to them.
Cons
VERY unstructured with policies throughout the entire company. This company is the epitome of disorganization. High employee turnaround- you have old timers stuck in the past and new comers just there to get a paycheck but will leave once they find something else. Hardest part if the job would definitely have to be the indecisiveness and lack of communication between individuals and departments. They have horrible health insurance, 401k, no vision insurance, and they're almost always messing up on your paycheck or taking out more than your requested vacation time. Building is outdated, ceiling tiles with water damage everywhere but not repaired, literally about to fall off, leaks when it rains so you'll see buckets all over the building, worse part is the warehouse, production equipment breaks down often which causes huge delays and bottle necks, also good luck finding parking. But they were quick to install tesla chargers for the GM! They have enough employees where you'd think they'd accommodate parking, but no. Park out of the premises at your own risk, you have no choice as the parking is ALWAYS full. The GM...geez where to start? He's never there and when he is he's either in pointless all day meetings, or if no meetings he's never at his desk and "missing", OR taking a 2hr lunch, and almost always gone by 1pm. You can never reach him when you need to express concerns, if you're lucky enough to get a hold of him, beware- if you ask a question he doesn't want to hear, he'll try to start a yelling match. He definitely doesn't know how to speak to employees. Never can he give you advice, and you get a feeling like no one is there to back you up.
