The team is extremely cliquey, if they don’t like you - you’ll know it almost immediately. Management has high standards for everyone outside of the clique and doesn’t apply them to the people who have been there 2+ years. As a recruiter, be ready to be held to standards that not everyone on the team will be required to achieve. They judge your personal and private family circumstances. All around, not a happy work environment. Would not recommend, at all.
