      Pros

      Absolutely none. Over worked and underpaid is an UNDERSTATEMENT.

      Cons

      CBM barely pays their best employees while mandatory overtime is every day. The majority of employees are BARELY BEING PAID A LIVABLE WAGE. Also making employees do OUT OF STATE JOBS for weeks/up to a month to save locations that are going out of business. What does that say about CBM? Terrible reliance on already spread thin workers to do what upper management obviously can't.

      Great team support across branches and corporate staff. Constantly working to improve culture. Company values employees and employee retention is important. Promote from within the company, Competitive pay and benefits. Corporate office open to employee input and ideas. Great hours

      PDX... There has been poor management in the past, and took some time to find the right fit.
