In alignment with our firm’s values, we are on a learning journey with a company called Team Dynamics, which specializes in JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) training. We believe this is important for our firm and our team members as it gives us a greater awareness and empathy of where each of us is coming from and how we can make meaningful, respectful connections in the workplace and beyond.

Pros

- Good benefits - Flexibility (just be sure to communicate your needs) - Beautiful office locations

Cons

- Project Managers can be rude and demanding - Lack of training or introduction, especially for younger professionals who didn't go through their intern program (I wasn't even formally introduced to the office) - Poor communication with no big picture focus...lots of micro managing and unforgiving timecard policy
