Low salary, average culture - Engineer Cushing Terrell Employee Review

Pros

CTA offers decent benefits, and the majority coworkers are very friendly

Cons

Very low paying salary and bonus structure. Low collaboration between different disciplines. Although they tout the company culture, it is more of a keep your head down and work mentality. Very little training occurs, and there is only a little room for growth.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. CTA’s open door policy is important, and we hope employees will feel comfortable having meaningful conversations with their managers about training and growth opportunities. If that’s not the case, please reach out to your Human Resources contact — they’re truly there to help. Your success and fulfillment at CTA are top priorities, and if you’re not feeling that’s the case at this time, please come chat.

Pros

- Good benefits - Flexibility (just be sure to communicate your needs) - Beautiful office locations

Cons

- Project Managers can be rude and demanding - Lack of training or introduction, especially for younger professionals who didn't go through their intern program (I wasn't even formally introduced to the office) - Poor communication with no big picture focus...lots of micro managing and unforgiving timecard policy
