Cuscal is a rotten company to work for. Everybody that works there is 2 faced. Management is an absolute joke at all levels. Double standards is the norm there. There is no such thing as fair go. The company is about profits before people. They do not give a stuff about the people and who they have to step on. Backstabbing and knowing how to lie is a mandatory requirement as people there are never honest and true. Management doesn't have any respect for anybody. There is no such thing as team environment.
