- The top heavy structure and hierarchy of the organisation (in terms of Partners) makes the organisation extremely resistant to change, despite being a small company.
- The calculations of salary and bonus are questionable with a lack of clarity on metrics (from my understanding this is a legal requirement).
- Cognitive bias is apparent, in terms of variations in training and projects provided to a select few.
- Minorities of any kind are not appropriately supported for growth in the firm or listened to.
- There is a combative nature in the firm whereby constructive criticism and solutions when offered result in a portrayal of employees as "trouble makers".
- Reports of inappropriate behaviour and conduct are not taken seriously enough.
- Overall, an extremely stressful environment to work in.
