Nepotism, dodgy ethics and corruption - Senior Account Executive Curvature Employee Review

Pros

You can earn a good salary, if you are in with the clique and in with the management. Tech and support salaries are poor.

Cons

Ethically ambiguous. They have taken several million dollars of capital investment from equity firms and are clearly prepared to do anything to pay their dividends. Apart from the $2M Texas fine, as mentioned elsewhere, they have also knowingly resold counterfeit as ‘used’. This is not an idle rumour, but first-hand experience. They would rather break the law than write-off $200k of dodgy stock. If that is their ethical baseline then you can imagine how they treat their employees.

Pros

Working at Curvature has been an incredibly positive experience. The sales environment moves fast and expectations are high, But you're set up for success with strong mentorship and leadership that actually wants to see you grow. There's a good level of autonomy—you’re trusted to manage your business—but there’s always someone willing to offer guidance when you need it. The company operates in a dynamic, constantly evolving industry, which means there’s always something new to learn. I've gained a ton of experience here, both in sales strategy and in understanding the broader IT lifecycle market. It’s a place where driven people can really thrive.

Cons

My experience has been good. Nothing cons to contribute.
