One small location. High agent turnover. Curtis is very defensive (take note of how he tried to discredit the only negative reviewer here in Glass Door). They advocate that agents try to charge extremely high upfront fees (set-up, marketing, etc) to buyers and sellers alike. No matter how they try to spin that fact, those are not typical fees that any other agency would try to charge, in most cases. While any leads are good leads, these are not always the warmest leads.
