If you can't stand the heat , get out of the kitchen! One thing you will surely become acutely aware of, if you can be truly honest with yourself, is where your own personal weaknesses lie, and yes, you'll locate your strengths as well. Every single word out of Curtis's mouth is 100% the truth...Until you can implement these truths, the growing process can be a bit painful! However, I personally do NOT consider this a con, as I would much rather know where I need improvements. That all being said, if you are failing here, it is definiately not due to a lack of anyting on the company's part, but rather on your own.. This is not for the weak at heart!
