-Micro Management - Awful Management -Low Pay - Burn out The reports was definitely the hardest part. Having to lie to customers to say we are doing a fantastic job, when in reality we are not. We are told to mould the reports to make it look good, but in reality we are just costing customer money. You have to wonder why customers do not renew their contracts

One of the directors in particular was one of the worst i've ever worked for, he was a bully and very rude and in turn this increased my anxiety

Pros

The team spirit and community at Curtis Gabriel is brilliant - I have worked at companies far larger that have struggled with this but the camaraderie and friendliness of the CG team is second to none. All staff are given personal development programmes to help progress with the company, as well as training on key features of the Account Manager role. I love the diverse range of clients I work with within my team and being able to help their businesses. We also have regular staff socials (pre and post COVID) to catch up with the full team, relax and enjoy our hard work. Organisation and hard work are both key for this role - however, master these two things and you will find the job extremely rewarding and a brilliant place to further your digital marketing career!

Cons

Currently having to work-from-home More team lunches when back in office would be great!
