      Good benefits, variety of projects

      Cons

      Civil team is not very taken care, no Cad support, always changing team, at a given time half of the team is under 6 months.. no good team leader, not diverse workforce, wasn't very comfortable being the only non British team member.

      Lack of promotion opportunities, lack of diversity in workforce (especially lack of women in higher positions in the company)
