      Pros

      Excellent hybrid working policy (2 days per month) that allows true flexibility. Fantastic central London office at Waterloo. Good company bonus scheme. Lots of different opportunities and roles available within head office.

      Cons

      Starting salaries are not the highest in the industry Progression within a role can be slow/ competitive with limited roles available at next level up.
