Pros
Teams are very good and supportive. Some of the best managers I have worked with. Always have opportunity to do new things.
Cons
Have less awards/ways to appreciate work. I have for sure seen better in other companies. Teams are more focused on their own work, so less involvement in corporate level and very less interaction from corporate as well.
