      Pros

      Opportunities are great within the company. Branches may allow you to transfer, offer you benefits for training in certain aspects of modern technology, and often understand your needs as an employee. The employees are some of the friendliest people over I've ever met.

      Cons

      Pressure can be high during a sale to hit certain targets, extensive hours may take its toll on an employee whilst only being offered a short break
