      Pros

      It is a good company to work for in terms of providing a high level of customer service and providing good deals to customers. This makes job a lot easier.

      Cons

      Becoming more and more high pressure as time goes on. No increases in pay or compensation in line with the increasing pressure of the job. Little room for development in this company. Work/life balance is very bad.
