      Pros

      Gives you alot of experience and knowledge in dealing with customers which is helpful, good teams in stores and theres competiveness which makes it fun

      Cons

      HR - often alot of problems with pay which should be resolved without going through the hassle of contacting a number of different people Basic pay- should be increased as there is alot of pressure
