Pros
The people that work there are great and make it an enjoyable place to work. You also get to work on some very interesting projects and if you make the right connections with people working their, a lot of doors open for you.
Cons
It had become the norm for people to not leave on time. If you did leave on time people thought it was odd. Also, there isn't much praise for a job well done. You find yourself working a lot of hours and then when the project has ended, you just start on the next project.
