      Pros

      Good colleague rap-ore within the store, Investment in Colleague training (if they are allowed the time to train) Good investment in store looks.

      Cons

      Too many KPI's, Pressured selling of services, Not enough focus on available stock to take home today. All order in, not what customer wants. Weekly tasks expectations of staff along with offering 100% service to customers. Do they want a cleaner or a sales person?
