      - Alex (CEO) sets clear direction/strategy. - A genuine focus on colleague wellbeing. - Very flexible Hybrod working - New WeWork Waterloo head office is great.

      Cons

      - Poor customer service and perception of brand. - Talentented colleagues are not rewarded and so are lost to other companies. - Pay in general is low versus the market. - Progression is difficult at senior level.
