      Colleagues are friendly and sociable Flexible hours Management not too strict on certain issues

      Cons

      Unorganised rotas Unattainably high targets with little/no reward for achieving or beating them but strong downfalls to falling short Poor management in place Society of punishment rather than reward Low pay, compulsory training to increase pay is extremely hard to book onto
