I worked here for 5 months and found it difficult due to the out dated procedures. I worked closely with a manager who’s now left and tried to follow his way of working. But when he was on holiday or days off I had the other branch come down and cover and they continually nit picked and found things wrong with the way I did things. The training was sporadic and inconsistent my manager was more interested in Personal gain and meeting sale targets then given me the training I needed. As I was new I could continually over hear conversations belittling me of silly mistakes that they think I may of made to the other branch colleagues and found it very 2 faced. I was always on time reliable never late and made decent amount of bookings but it was a case of everything I did was not good enough and faulted. I originally came from a sales back ground for a major company and made the company a lot of money during my 13 years there. There is a lot of driving involved in this job so make sure you receive the relevant training on the layout and controls of car. It’s a product you will have to hire out so full knowledge is needed. Be aware that the people are always watching I received a horrible letter towards the end of my stay here with a list of things I did wrong and not the things I did right. It was a horrible experience as my colleagues where aware I was having a tough time outside work but decided to draft a letter literally slating me Now I’m going through depression.
