The environment is stress-free with chit chats going on occasionally, lighten up mood for work. Communications are done formally during meeting but informally during private discussions which helps with conveying ideas properly.
Cons
Do not expect to learn much from other developers if you are not on the same domain as other developers. You'll have to rely on yourself to learn new things.
