Horrible Slave Sales job - Junior Account Executive Currency Employee Review

We would love to provide the same lead flow to our Junior AE's that our Senior AE's receive however it is important that our Junior AE's fully understand our products and process prior to receiving lead flow, usually takes about 30 days. We have had several hard working Junior AE's that have recently been promoted within 6 months of being hired and we are very proud of their efforts and contributions. They have all been very coachable and determined to grow their financial sales skills. We understand it is not easy starting a new career, however the financial rewards are tremendous here if you have the grit to persevere through the 1st year. Character and integrity is very important to us and we take negative employee experiences very seriously.
