      True superstars quietly working in the company are not recognised.

      -Many meetings outside working hours due to global footprint. -Everyone afraid of making mistakes even though there is lip service from management trying to encourage openness. -Management hire and fire frequently

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the flexibility and liked to be challenged in a positive and respectful manner.

      Cons

      Intense work, like many companies that are eager to make it in the world of Bioscience. You've got to put in the work and time, definitely not a place for a "doing-the-minimum" mindset.

      Cons

      Technology rarely works as advertised. Systems are unreliable. Management is beyond poor. Marketing is comic. R&D is uninspiring. Innovation is absent. Doorstop and paperweight maker. Smoke and mirrors without the smoke. Or mirrors.
