Marianne,
It is quite disappointing to read your comments. For one, you were terminated because the hours you work at your family bakery were becoming too large of a conflict with your work at Tragon. Secondly, as a recruiter, your interaction with Tragon's CEO was virtually nothing. Finally, your comments about the 401(K) are factually inaccurate. For one, 401(K) matching funds are universal. Tragon (at the direction of our CEO) matches everyones contribution 100! He does not have the legal authority to pick-and-choose who gets what. At the beginning of each fiscal year, we inform our plan administer, John Hancock, what our matching percentage will be. From there, John Hancock sends Tragon a bill and distributes the cash to each participant. Mr. Vort has nothing to do with it. The same holds true for medical coverage. Everyone gets offered the same plans. Take it or leave it! As for "denying medical coverage"...again, laughable. Insurance coverage is at the discretion of our provider, Blue Shield.
