I learnt a lot about the mistakes bosses make in managing their employees.
Cons
Was made to work after hours and on weekends for no monetary compensation. Was paid below minimum wage if you factor in the extra hours. When a co-worker and I complained about the amount of work the CEO responded, "I don't care as long as you manage to sleep at night."
