Pros

Curex is run by a CEO who is basically crazy and the company is failing. It's pure chaos. Large scale customer issues are ignored, planning and product roll outs are handled in a reactive manner. Do yourself a favor and don't work for this company.

Cons

Everything was bad at Curex.

Pros

Working at Curex as a Marketing and Operations Manager has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where creativity and initiative are truly valued. I’ve been having the opportunity to lead diverse projects and every day presents new challenges that encourage growth and learning. The leadership team is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee development. The company culture is positive, inclusive, and driven by a shared mission, which makes coming to work genuinely enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place where you can make an impact, grow professionally, and be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration, Curex is a fantastic choice. Pros: Supportive leadership, opportunities for growth, positive company culture, meaningful work.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, but that’s also part of the excitement and learning.

Pros

Working at Curex has been such a great experience! The team here is truly wonderful — especially the medical assistant team, which is honestly one of the best I’ve ever been part of. Everyone is so supportive and easy to work with. I also love that the job is fully remote, which lets me stay home with my kids while still growing in my career. The flexibility is such a huge benefit and really makes a difference for work-life balance.

Cons

The only downside (for me personally) is that when you work from home, it’s easy to just keep working — there’s no “office door” to close at the end of the day. But that’s more about self-discipline than the company itself. Overall, I feel really lucky to be part of such a caring, dedicated, and forward-thinking team.
