      Founders are very cooperative and understanding.

      Cons

      No proper management, rules changes as per the senior management's convenience. I personally didn't find any scope of professional growth here.

      1. Flexible hours of work. 2. Work from home. 3. Wide scope of expanding your thoughts and implementation 4. The office staff is friendly and makes you feel warmth. 5. We have a variety of classes, so there is nice exposure.

      Cons

      It's my belief sometimes the company should organize some get-togethers or some trips for everyone so we can share our thoughts and work with more refreshing energy. Else is good.
