Pros

There are some awesome people who work here in leadership and below. If you started in the early days of this startup and you're good with your manager, you won't have too much to complain about.

Cons

As mentioned earlier, there are some pretty great people who work here. With that being said, there are also some pretty awful people here too at all levels and they outweigh the good ones massively. Most of those said people are quite literally the most useless, imbecilic sycophants I've ever encountered in my entire life and that's really saying a lot in all my professional years. Those people are only out for themselves, yet possess no actual work experience in their current position or know what the hell they're talking about when attempting to add some sort of value to a meeting or project. I'd say it's a real head scratcher as to how they got their job but the early days of curative are the real culprit as they desperately filled positions to keep up the pace of rapid growth. Once curative is done (which will be soon given all the obnoxious lay offs, TX move and other questionable things), most of these pathetic hanger-ons will go down with the ship and back to the days of low level positions as none of the crap they get away with here will work in the real world and keep them employed for long. IT is a mess and HR is a total joke. There are the handful from both departments who are very kind and have been pleasant working with but all of those people have come and gone sadly and I don't blame them. Don't expect anyone in HR to get back to you and if they do and you're looking for viable and adept solutions, don't hold your breath, these people know nothing and the "runaround" with painful frustration is all you'll get. You've been warned....

Pros

-Some people in the company will have your back and give you a chance to show your skills -Some of the people here are very helpful(someone a lower level than me who probably should have been my level helped me so much)

Cons

-They promote negative competitions -You get a gift card like once a year and they tax it on your next check -Once we noticed salaried employees should get unlimited PTO across the company's policy; we all banded together- the loophole was to make us all hourly instead of giving us what the company offered for salary employees which they made us salary in 2 weeks after we fought the policy -The company makes many promises to everyone but can't keep it -CNs are what keeps this company afloat yet treated like slums -They hire and promote their friends in a short time while others fight for growth(not related to me but I have seen and heard some of the worse things from people who want to move up in this company. I wouldn't even dare try because they are becoming TOXIC) -They often use a group of their best employees for different things but never reward or promote them
